« Summary: This article shows that Morocco has excellent potential for building territorialised food systems, firstly because the Moroccan diet (of the Mediterranean kind) is based on good quality and diverse local products, and secondly due to the decentralisation of public policies and the desire to develop local products. The success of the initiatives depend, to a large extent, on the mobilisation of consumers, citizens and actors in the sector, around shared projects. »
